Fair Vote Edmonton is the local chapter of Fair Vote Canada, a grassroots multi-partisan citizens’ campaign for voting system reform.

A Dysfunctional Voting System

We seek the replacement of our first-past-the-post system of voting, whereby many Albertans are left unrepresented in Edmonton and Ottawa.

Proportional Representation

We promote the introduction of an element of proportional representation into elections for all levels of government and throughout civil society.

Community Engagement

We are building a broad coalition of Edmontonians of all backgrounds in the struggle for democracy, fairness and proportional representation.
